How long is the warranty period?

Every Serafab purchase gets a full 365-day warranty from the order received date. Covers manufacturing defects, electronic failures, and finishing issues under normal use.

Do I need to return the damaged unit?

No. Just submit photos via the claim form — we ship the replacement to your address. You may keep, recycle, or dispose of the original.

How long does the claim take?

Verification team responds within 1×24 hours. After approval, replacement is prepared in 1–2 business days, then shipped. Total: ~3–7 days from submission to delivery.

What is NOT covered?

Damage from misuse (drops, impact, water exposure), third-party modifications, and cosmetic wear from normal use such as fine scratches.

What if my claim is rejected?

We'll explain the reason via email/WhatsApp. You may submit additional photos for re-review if needed. Rejection is not final — we discuss case-by-case.
