Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Public holidays and weekends are not included in processing time.
Courier & Delivery Estimate
Shipping couriers are selected based on destination area and the most optimal available service. Estimated delivery time is around 2–5 business days for Java and 4–7 business days for other regions in Indonesia.
Shipping Cost
All orders include free shipping. Replacement shipments within the warranty period are also provided at no additional cost.

Damaged Packaging
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening it and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
