Product colours can vary slightly between screens and real materials. Small surface variations can occur because pieces are produced in small batches. Stock and availability shown at checkout may change until payment is confirmed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah unless stated otherwise. Your order is confirmed after the payment provider reports a successful transaction.
Shipping
Orders are prepared in approximately 1–2 business days. Courier estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by destination, weather, holidays, or logistics conditions outside Serafab’s control.
Order changes and problems
Contact us promptly if an address or order detail is incorrect. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, keep the packaging and send clear photos before returning anything so we can review the appropriate solution.
Warranty
Eligible items include 365 days of Serafab Care, subject to order verification and the condition reported. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, unsuitable electrical use, or ordinary wear may not be covered.
